If you are like me and my husband, we don’t expect actual gifts from our children on Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. My most treasured gifts from my kids are the sweet handwritten, homemade cards, and the homemade crafts my kids create for me to show me their love. My husband and I treasure these sweet things our kids give us. This free Father’s Day questionnaire is one of those kind of special items. This activity will definitely foster bonding between a child and their father.
About the Father’s Day Fill In the Blank Printable Questionnaire:

It is a Father’s Day questionnaire for young children to answer about their dads. This could also be used as part of a birthday present on dad’s birthday, or any other special day. It includes simple fill in the blank questions for kids to answer about their dad including their age, favorite food, favorite color, favorite things to do, a place to draw a picture of father, things my Dad always says, and more! It also asks endearing questions such as how I know my Dad loves me and why I love him. Depending on their age, adults can write in the child’s responses for them if needed. Younger kids, such as preschoolers or kindergartners will definitely need some help. It’s best written in their own words, or with their own answers, though!
These fun fill in the blank Dad printables are great because of the cute answers younger kids give. Kids usually give answers that make their parents laugh and cry all at the same time! This activity can help kids improve their vocabulary and spelling. It can encourage critical thinking by encouraging them to problem-solve the right answers. Preserve the Memories:
Save them by laminating or putting them into a file of your favorite gifts or cards sorted by years. This is a fun thing to look back on down the road.
